Lies in the heart of Riverina is a significant river called Murrumbidgee. It is located in the south west of NSW and is considered a major part of the Murray River.

The area offers excellent opportunity to fish. Murray cod, golden perch and silver perch are among the catch. Bait fishing using rod is very common in the area.

Summer months and Easter are the best times of the year to fish. But, Murray cods are also available during winter season.
